Inspection and Quality Verification (Special Tests) –Inspection&Verification

As one of our services, our experts can perform site and factory visit to verify the compliance of some products to the agreed or required standards. This service is viable when the inspected product could not be brought to our lab for testing due to its scale and type of materials such as steel and concrete pipes, large precast concrete products … etc.

The inspection is performed according to the specified standards and a detailed designed check-list is to be followed and filled with actual information.

The inspection in most cases will follow the production process starting from used materials, type of production, to the final product properties and performance. Some material testing may be required to verify whether storage conditions and transportation affect them.

Example of this service is the inspection of steel pipes at factory site, where we perform many checks and inspections to assure that all standard requirements and conditions are fulfilled by the manufacturers.
